As a Team Leader , the incumbent must have the ability to lead a team and ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining highest quality and creativity.

The candidate must have

1. A minimum 5 years of experience in web design, Logos & Corporate ID’s.
2. Proficiency in all the latest web design technologies and design tools.
3. Expert with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash.
4. Experience in HTML, XHTML and CSS2 and javascript.
5. Exposure to web 2.0/W3C standards.
6. Ability to execute websites and Portals from conception to completion.
7. Knowledge of open source programs like wordpress and Joomla.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Planning, design, implementation and maintenance of complete websites.
2. Willing to do XHTML & CSS coding, image editing, and flash animation. familiar with JavaScript, PHP and Joomla.
3. Creating CSS based website and testing with multiple browsers.

Tools to be known

1. Adobe Photoshop CS3 & CS4, Illustrator CS3 & CS4
2. Flash CS3 & CS4, Dreamweaver CS3 & CS4
3. XHTML, CSS, Java Script
4. Ability to create creative web based files with latest tools.
